為(wei)深入學習(xi)貫徹落(luo)實(shi)黨(dang)的十(shi)九大精神,根據學院黨(dang)委要求,鐵(tie)道供電(dian)與(yu)電(dian)氣(qi)工(gong)程(cheng)系持續推(tui)動“大學習(xi)、大調研(yan)、大改進(jin)”,4月(yue)到6月(yue)期(qi)間,組織(zhi)教師分別(bie)赴青(qing)(qing)島(dao)鴻普(pu)電(dian)氣(qi)科技(ji)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司、青(qing)(qing)島(dao)地鐵(tie)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司、青(qing)(qing)島(dao)鼎佳電(dian)子有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司、積成電(dian)子有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司進(jin)行調研(yan),深入了解(jie)企業(ye)人(ren)才培養需求及學生就業(ye)與(yu)頂(ding)崗(gang)實(shi)習(xi)情況。
在青島(dao)鴻普電(dian)氣(qi)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si),系副主(zhu)(zhu)任張偉、電(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)教(jiao)研室主(zhu)(zhu)任劉勇與該公(gong)司(si)(si)簽(qian)訂校企(qi)合作協議(yi)(yi)和(he)校外實(shi)(shi)習(xi)基地(di)協議(yi)(yi),并與往(wang)屆(jie)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進行(xing)深入交流,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)院專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)設置、人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養方案及(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管理工(gong)作等方面(mian)建議(yi)(yi)。在青島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si),鐵(tie)道供電(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)崔景萍通過與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、培訓(xun)科(ke)(ke)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)座談,走(zou)訪(fang)車輛段(duan)等方式,了解畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)和(he)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)適應工(gong)作過程(cheng)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang),掌(zhang)握(wo)本(ben)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)設置、實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)等方面(mian)優(you)點(dian)及(ji)不足。在青島(dao)鼎佳電(dian)子有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si),電(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)鮑(bao)建、劉凌(ling)通過實(shi)(shi)地(di)參觀、調研,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的工(gong)作情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對電(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動(dong)化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)的要求以(yi)及(ji)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)對高職教(jiao)育自(zi)動(dong)化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)作的意見(jian)和(he)建議(yi)(yi)。在積成電(dian)子有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si),系就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)辦主(zhu)(zhu)任曾(ceng)慶磊、電(dian)子信(xin)息技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)江軍(jun)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頂崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)完成畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)設計(ji)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)進行(xing)調研,全面(mian)掌(zhang)握(wo)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作及(ji)頂崗(gang)實(shi)(shi)習(xi)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)。
帶著(zhu)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)學習,針(zhen)對問(wen)(wen)題(ti)調研,聚集問(wen)(wen)題(ti)整改(gai),是“大(da)(da)(da)學習、大(da)(da)(da)調研、大(da)(da)(da)改(gai)進”的(de)(de)核心要義。鐵道(dao)供(gong)電與(yu)電氣工(gong)程系(xi)在組織教師(shi)赴(fu)企業(ye)調研過程中,始終堅持問(wen)(wen)題(ti)導向原則,堅持求(qiu)真務(wu)實,深(shen)入(ru)基層(ceng)面(mian)對面(mian)聽取企業(ye)員(yuan)工(gong)、畢業(ye)學生意見建議,深(shen)入(ru)了解(jie)企業(ye)及學生的(de)(de)教育需求(qiu),堅決(jue)杜絕(jue)漫(man)無目的(de)(de)、走(zou)馬觀花、浮光掠(lve)影式調研,防止搞形(xing)式、走(zou)過場(chang)。對調研中發現的(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),該系(xi)召開(kai)教職工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)會(hui)議,直面(mian)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),全面(mian)探討,明(ming)確改(gai)進路徑和解(jie)決(jue)方法。下一(yi)步(bu)(bu),該系(xi)將進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)加強領導,健全機制,強化(hua)督(du)導,深(shen)入(ru)推進“大(da)(da)(da)學習、大(da)(da)(da)調研、大(da)(da)(da)改(gai)進”,確保把(ba)各項工(gong)作(zuo)落實落細,完(wan)善修訂人才培(pei)養方案,全面(mian)提升(sheng)教育教學質量,為培(pei)養優(you)質人才、助(zhu)力新舊(jiu)動能轉換重大(da)(da)(da)工(gong)程、書(shu)寫(xie)“奮進之筆”貢獻積極力量。
