在(zai)(zai)2018年山東省職(zhi)(zhi)業院校技(ji)能大賽(高職(zhi)(zhi)組(zu)) “復雜部件數控(kong)多軸聯動加工技(ji)術”賽項中,我院機(ji)械制造與自(zi)動化(hua)專(zhuan)業學生崔康(kang)、葛新宇(yu)組(zu)成的參(can)賽隊,在(zai)(zai)李升、陳(chen)玲芝(zhi)兩位老(lao)師(shi)的指導下,與來(lai)自(zi)全省26所高職(zhi)(zhi)院校的52名選(xuan)手同場競技(ji),經(jing)過2天的激烈角逐(zhu),斬獲(huo)一(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang)佳績(ji)。
“復雜(za)(za)部(bu)件數(shu)(shu)控(kong)多軸聯(lian)(lian)動(dong)加工(gong)技術”賽項是以產品復雜(za)(za)零部(bu)件造(zao)型、多軸聯(lian)(lian)動(dong)編(bian)程(cheng)與加工(gong)等實(shi)(shi)際工(gong)作任(ren)務(wu)為載體,要求(qiu)選手在連續5個(ge)小時(shi)內完(wan)成(cheng)產品零件的設(she)計加工(gong)。主(zhu)要包括數(shu)(shu)字化工(gong)藝設(she)計、復雜(za)(za)部(bu)件造(zao)型與數(shu)(shu)控(kong)編(bian)程(cheng)、輔助零件數(shu)(shu)控(kong)編(bian)程(cheng)與加工(gong)、數(shu)(shu)控(kong)多軸聯(lian)(lian)動(dong)加工(gong)、零部(bu)件裝(zhuang)配與調試等,涵蓋(gai)了先進制造(zao)技術領域所需的主(zhu)要知識點(dian)和技能點(dian)。通過競賽,主(zhu)要考查學生的工(gong)匠精神、團隊(dui)協作、計劃實(shi)(shi)施(shi)的綜(zong)合職業能力。
