我院開展優秀心理健康教育主題班會評選活動

為了(le)增強師生心理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)意識,普(pu)及宣(xuan)傳心理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)知識,我院在第十五屆心理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)節期間(jian)舉辦了(le)優秀心理健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教育主題(ti)班會(hui)評選活動,17個(ge)班會(hui)活動獲評一二三等獎(jiang)。

此(ci)次評(ping)選活動(dong)自開展以來,各系高(gao)度重視(shi),積極準備,精心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)策(ce)劃。師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)共同(tong)構思班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)主題,確定(ding)班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)內容,認(ren)真(zhen)設計(ji)每一(yi)個環節,形成班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)方案。班(ban)(ban)(ban)主任、輔導員親自主持班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui),與(yu)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)親密(mi)互動(dong),引導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)關注(zhu)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang),極大提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)(le)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)主題班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)效果。如劉(liu)勇老(lao)師召(zhao)開的(de)(de)(de)“情緒的(de)(de)(de)調節與(yu)管理(li)”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui),擺(bai)脫了(le)(le)傳統說教(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)模(mo)式(shi),采用(yong)了(le)(le)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)劇(ju)表(biao)演(yan)、觀看心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)短片與(yu)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)交流相(xiang)結合(he)的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi),深深地吸引住了(le)(le)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)。欒(luan)金志老(lao)師召(zhao)開“陽光心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)態伴我成長”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui),通過自由討論、互動(dong)游(you)戲、歌唱(chang)等形式(shi)提(ti)升(sheng)了(le)(le)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)參與(yu)熱情,達(da)到(dao)預期(qi)效果。殷巖峰老(lao)師組織的(de)(de)(de)“讓(rang)陽光照進心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)扉(fei)”班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)走出教(jiao)(jiao)室,來到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)小西(xi)湖(hu)邊,以輕松的(de)(de)(de)方式(shi)與(yu)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)暢談,引發同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)共鳴,提(ti)升(sheng)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)對心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)認(ren)知。同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)紛紛表(biao)示,這種班(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)形式(shi)是以往較少接觸的(de)(de)(de),傳達(da)的(de)(de)(de)知識與(yu)理(li)念易于接受,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)對心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)的(de)(de)(de)關注(zhu)度,增強了(le)(le)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)素質,掀起了(le)(le)關注(zhu)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)的(de)(de)(de)熱潮。
