近(jin)日,教(jiao)育(yu)部教(jiao)師(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)司下發《關(guan)于(yu)公布職業教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)師(shi)隊伍建設典(dian)型工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)案例的通(tong)知》,我(wo)校報(bao)送的案例《堅守育(yu)人初(chu)心(xin),錘煉(lian)高(gao)尚(shang)師(shi)德,淬煉(lian)高(gao)超(chao)技能(neng)》成(cheng)(cheng)功入選教(jiao)育(yu)部職教(jiao)教(jiao)師(shi)教(jiao)學(xue)創新(xin)團隊典(dian)型工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)案例。這(zhe)是我(wo)校全面推進“雙高(gao)校”建設,落(luo)實職業教(jiao)育(yu)提質培(pei)優行動計劃(hua),不斷深化(hua)高(gao)水(shui)平雙師(shi)隊伍建設工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)取得的又一標志性成(cheng)(cheng)果。

城軌(gui)車輛應用技(ji)(ji)術團(tuan)隊(dui)以習近平新(xin)時(shi)代中國(guo)(guo)特(te)色社會主(zhu)義思想為(wei)指導,堅持黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)引(yin)領,堅守職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)精(jing)神(shen)和工(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)神(shen),服務(wu)交(jiao)通(tong)強國(guo)(guo)戰(zhan)略,積(ji)極推動(dong)產教(jiao)(jiao)融合、校企合作,著力構建(jian)城市軌(gui)道車輛技(ji)(ji)術應用協作共同體,始終站在(zai)行業(ye)(ye)前(qian)沿(yan)開(kai)展人才(cai)培(pei)養,以崗為(wei)標,開(kai)發基于工(gong)(gong)作過(guo)程(cheng)的模塊(kuai)化(hua)課(ke)程(cheng)體系,建(jian)設實景式、智(zhi)慧互聯(lian)的城市軌(gui)道交(jiao)通(tong)實訓(xun)基地等(deng)(deng),教(jiao)(jiao)學研究(jiu)、科技(ji)(ji)攻關、人才(cai)培(pei)養、創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)等(deng)(deng)成(cheng)績突出(chu),各項工(gong)(gong)作在(zai)全(quan)省乃(nai)至全(quan)國(guo)(guo)走在(zai)前(qian)。團(tuan)隊(dui)榮(rong)獲(huo)“國(guo)(guo)家(jia)級職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)師教(jiao)(jiao)學創(chuang)新(xin)團(tuan)隊(dui)”“山東省高校黃(huang)大年式教(jiao)(jiao)師團(tuan)隊(dui)”“全(quan)省黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)作標桿(gan)院系”等(deng)(deng)榮(rong)譽(yu),團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員獲(huo)“全(quan)國(guo)(guo)模范教(jiao)(jiao)師”“齊(qi)魯最美教(jiao)(jiao)師”“全(quan)國(guo)(guo)五一勞動(dong)獎章”“山東省優秀共產黨(dang)(dang)員”等(deng)(deng)榮(rong)譽(yu)稱號。
近年來,學(xue)(xue)校堅持(chi)(chi)將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍建(jian)設作(zuo)為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)的基礎工(gong)作(zuo)來抓(zhua),實施人(ren)(ren)才強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)校戰略,常態(tai)化加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)風建(jian)設,大(da)力(li)推(tui)進(jin)高(gao)層次(ci)人(ren)(ren)才引(yin)進(jin)與培(pei)養(yang),支持(chi)(chi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)赴海內外(wai)高(gao)水平大(da)學(xue)(xue)訪學(xue)(xue)研修(xiu),全(quan)面做(zuo)好(hao)人(ren)(ren)才“引(yin)、育、留、用(yong)、服”工(gong)作(zuo)。開展“卓越(yue)講壇(tan)”“精品展壇(tan)”等系列培(pei)訓(xun)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)活動,健全(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)養(yang)培(pei)訓(xun)體系。創(chuang)新“雙師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)型”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)養(yang)模式,與多(duo)個(ge)世界500強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)、大(da)型國(guo)有企業合(he)作(zuo)共建(jian)“雙師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)型”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)養(yang)培(pei)訓(xun)基地,聯合(he)開展教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)訓(xun)、企業實踐、技(ji)能進(jin)修(xiu)、項目合(he)作(zuo)、資格認證等工(gong)作(zuo)。以(yi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)改教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研項目為(wei)依托(tuo),以(yi)技(ji)術技(ji)能提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)切入,積極培(pei)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)創(chuang)新團隊和青年技(ji)能名師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。下一步(bu),我校將(jiang)繼續(xu)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍建(jian)設,持(chi)(chi)續(xu)發掘(jue)優秀(xiu)工(gong)作(zuo)案例,先行先試,為(wei)中國(guo)式現代化職(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創(chuang)新發展貢獻“山職(zhi)”經驗。
