為(wei)了提升三(san)味(wei)書院(yuan)心(xin)理(li)(li)委員(yuan)、宿舍心(xin)理(li)(li)聯絡員(yuan)的心(xin)理(li)(li)素質(zhi)、專業(ye)技能(neng)、溝通能(neng)力、工(gong)作方(fang)法,10月14日,三(san)味(wei)書院(yuan)心(xin)理(li)(li)負(fu)責老師羅磊在圖書行政樓西報告(gao)廳(ting)舉辦(ban)了“心(xin)身同健康(kang)”心(xin)理(li)(li)主(zhu)題(ti)培(pei)訓,各書社心(xin)理(li)(li)委員(yuan)和各宿舍心(xin)理(li)(li)聯絡員(yuan)200余(yu)人參加培(pei)訓。

羅磊(lei)從(cong)高校心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)委(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)誕生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)委(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)何開展工作、大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)常見(jian)的(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)問題(ti)(ti)、哪些學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)容易產生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)問題(ti)(ti)以及心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)委(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)何實(shi)現(xian)(xian)個(ge)(ge)人成長等5個(ge)(ge)方(fang)面與(yu)大(da)(da)家進(jin)行交流。培訓中,羅磊(lei)運用大(da)(da)量案例(li)闡述了心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)委(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)工作的(de)重要性,又從(cong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)學(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業的(de)角度出發,運用實(shi)例(li)教會心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)委(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)和心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)聯絡員(yuan)(yuan)在日常學(xue)(xue)習、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活中如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)何及時發現(xian)(xian)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)問題(ti)(ti),如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)何區分一般心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)問題(ti)(ti)還是嚴重心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)問題(ti)(ti);如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)何鑒別學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)是心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)問題(ti)(ti)還是心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)疾病(bing),還是精神疾病(bing);教會心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)委(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)和心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)聯絡員(yuan)(yuan)發現(xian)(xian)有心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)問題(ti)(ti)的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)正確的(de)處理(li)方(fang)法以及如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)何對書社學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進(jin)行心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)排查等。另外,羅磊(lei)還從(cong)知、情、意(yi)、行四個(ge)(ge)方(fang)面向(xiang)同學(xue)(xue)們(men)交流了如(ru)(ru)(ru)(ru)何實(shi)現(xian)(xian)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)理(li)委(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)個(ge)(ge)人成長。

通過(guo)此(ci)次培(pei)(pei)訓,同學(xue)們紛(fen)紛(fen)表示(shi)學(xue)到(dao)了(le)很多專業(ye)知識和工(gong)作方法,明確了(le)工(gong)作職(zhi)責,自身(shen)也(ye)得到(dao)很好的提升。此(ci)次培(pei)(pei)訓講座是三味書院“心(xin)身(shen)同健康”心(xin)理(li)委(wei)員系列培(pei)(pei)訓的第一期(qi),接下(xia)來(lai)還將舉辦“心(xin)理(li)委(wei)員朋輩輔導技能培(pei)(pei)訓”沙龍(long)和心(xin)理(li)委(wei)員團體(ti)輔導以及溝(gou)通技能培(pei)(pei)訓。
